We are sorry to see you go. Following Google Play Policies, you can request the deletion of your account and all associated personal and financial data. Below you will find what data is deleted and how to submit your request.

⚠️ What Data Will Be Deleted Permanently?

Profile & Authentication Info: Your name, email, credentials, and profile image.
Financial Ledger Records: Your personal accounts, budgets, and balance history.
Group Split Expenses: Your transaction ownership details (unsettled balances may remain recorded as legacy entries in group histories for transparency, but your personal identifier will be purged/anonymized).
Message Logs: Any messages or media sent by you in group chats.
Device Tokens: Push notification tokens associated with your device will be unlinked and purged.

How it works

Step 1: Submit Request

Send the generated email above to support@qrslabs.uk using your registered email.

Step 2: Verification

Our team will verify the request from your registered email address to prevent unauthorized deletion.

Step 3: Completion

We will permanently delete your account, session records, budgets, files, and notification history from all servers and backups. This process takes up to 7 days. You will receive an email confirmation once completed.
